Sigma has just announced a new large aperture lens, the 50mm F1.4 EX DG HSM, available in Nikon, Canon, Pentax, Sony and, of course, Sigma mount.

This lens is designed to be compatible both with full frame and APS-C format cameras, and offers some features that will certainly be of interest for our passionate photographers, like

• the large, maximum aperture of 1.4
• molded glass aspherical lens to correct aberration
• Hyper Sonic Motor (HSM) to ensure high-speed auto focus
